Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes a further 3–7 working days depending on your location in India. Remote, hill and north-eastern areas can take longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India. There are no handling or packaging charges.

Where we ship

We currently ship within India only.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves. If you have not received tracking within 3 working days of ordering, please email us.

Address errors

Please check your address and PIN code carefully before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Damaged in transit

If your book arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. See the refund policy for what happens next.
